Getting your Urban Owl Sunglasses
Once you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation email with order details.
If you believe someone has posted on the services of the Website your work but without your authorization, please let us know immediately.
Delivery Information
We will need your name, full address (zip code, region, country) and telephone number to send you your Urban Owl Sunglasses.
Shippment and Delivery
Deliveries from urbanowl.eu purchase will be made to the address on your order form. We will try to complete and deliver your order as soon as possible from the date your payment is confirmed. However, subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period could delay. If so, we will send you an email to inform you. Once the package is shipped from Urban Owl, it is no longer the responsibility of Urban Owl. Delays resulting from the carrier will be handled in a timely manner but are not the responsibility of the Website.
Shipping Delays
It is important that you enter your address correctly. Failure to input any part of your address will cause delays in your shipment and create added expense for your product. Urban Owl will not refund or exchange products that were shipped to an address that was missing information consequently making them undeliverable.
Changing or Cancelling an order
We try to process orders quickly so that you don’t have to wait. However, if you would like to change or cancel your order, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Change Order” or “Cancel Order” and we will contact you as soon as possible.
In case I do not like my Urban Owl sunglasses, can I return them back?
You can return your Urban Owl Sunglasses within 30 days from your purchase by claiming an exchange or a refund. Please send us an email to [email protected] in case you want to make a return.
Exchange
You can return your Urban Owl Sunglasses in 30 days from the purchase date and you can claim an exchange. Please email us to [email protected] indicating your new selection.
Refund
You can return your Urban Owl Sunglasses within 30 days from the purchase date and you can claim a refund. Returned sunglasses must be in their original condition with all the accessories mentioned below. The refund will be deposited to your back account within 14 days from the day we receive the product back to our warehouse. Please complete the return form which is enclosed in the parcel you have received and send it with your return.
