In case I do not like my Urban Owl sunglasses, can I return them back?
You can return your Urban Owl Sunglasses within 30 days from your purchase by claiming an exchange or a refund. Please send us an email to [email protected] in case you want to make a return.
Exchange
You can return your Urban Owl Sunglasses in 30 days from the purchase date and you can claim an exchange. Please email us to [email protected] indicating your new selection.
How do I return my order within Greece?
You can return your order FREE via the ACS courier service.
How do I return my order if I’m a resident outside Greece?
You can return your order FREE with Registered Mail or Courier service in order to avoid the risk of loss.
Refund
You can return your Urban Owl Sunglasses within 30 days from the purchase date and you can claim a refund. Returned sunglasses must be in their original condition with all the accessories mentioned below. The refund will be deposited to your back account within 14 days from the day we receive the product back to our warehouse. Please complete the return form which is enclosed in the parcel you have received and send it with your return.

- Urban Owl soft case (pouch)
- Authenticity card
- Receipt of purchase
All returns should be made with Registered Mail or Courier service in order to avoid the risk of loss.
